  • • We ship from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • • Remote or high-demand areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Charges

  • • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.
  • • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (if applicable).

Payment Policy

  • Prepaid Orders Only – We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • • Payments must be completed online at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

  • • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor their order’s progress.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Failures
