Payment Information and Shipping Information
ALLEN Career Institute Pvt. Ltd. (ACIPL or ALLEN or ‘we’ or ‘us’) payment information and shipping information is as under
1. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Our Channel Partner might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you subscribe to ACIPL and payment terms shall be as per Channel Partner. We do not collect and store details like Credit / Debit Card numbers, PIN, CVV/CVC, Expiry Date, OTP, or any other information related to payment method/mode, we redirect the payee to the respective payment gateway page.
2. SHIPPING INFORMATION
As we have authorised multiple fulfilment partners therefore the shipping terms will be as per the Shipping/Channel Partner you select before checkout. ACIPL shall not be liable for any shipping related matters. However, at the first instance you may raise your query to the Shipping/Channel Partner and in case such query is not resolved by the Shipping Partner you may write at getsupport@allen.ac.in with the relevant details such as Order id & shipping details of the purchase made. Further, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of Shipping/Channel Partners for more detailed information.
